Erectile dysfunction medications took in Glengormley

Large quantities of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health officials during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A guy was talked to by about illegally importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications through the web.
The 47-year-old was also questioned about other medicine offenses.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department’s Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: “It is vital that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medications can be unsafe.
“These types of items being sold, normally online, have gone through no quality control and there can be no assurance about their security.
“You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not understand the result drugs like this may have on your health.”
